The Mission in West Africa

My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ has placed in my heart to reach the people of Geonosis*. It was back in 2004 that I knew He wanted me to be on mission with Him, but I didn’t know where or when. I was given a CPM booklet and that ignited my soul for the people who have no access to the Bible or have never heard the story of Jesus. After many prayers and learning about the people of Geonosis* in West Africa, I couldn’t ignore what the Holy Spirit was telling me to do. No, it does not make a lot of sense to leave friends, family and your home. But Jesus asks us to be obedient. For me that meant a long flight…for some others it’s a short drive. All Christians are called to be witnesses (evidence) of Jesus Christ when we are at work, shopping, driving, and by how we live.
